Cosmos Recap is the reference for multi-format meeting summaries. Record all your meetings, get a transcript of the meeting, and then choose the summary format for immediate time savings.

Creating the Recap

To start, you can create a new meeting and fill in its main information by adding:

• A title
• A description
• A date
• A category (team meeting, presentation...)

Next, choose if you want to share this recap with your team or organization.

Recording

This section allows you to record all meetings in several ways:

• From your microphone for in-person meetings
• From your browser for remote or hybrid meetings. To do this, we need to record the screen of the meeting window, which works for all existing software: MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom...
• From an audio file you have already recorded

Instructions and Additional Details

When you have finished your meeting, end the recording and start generating your personalized summary.

In this section, you can enter some instructions and additional details to help Cosmos Recap understand the context of the meeting. For example, you can describe your company, the themes to highlight, the format of the report, etc.

The summary is generated according to your instructions.

What's Next?

Your recap appears in the Cosmos Scribe writing interface: find all the application's features in perfect synergy directly after generating your report (link to the Scribe presentation).

You can download the audio of your meeting, its complete transcription, and regenerate the summary with new modalities.
